The Irrigation Review was conducted in fulfillment of a commitment made in the State Water Strategy, released by the Premier in 2003. The review sought to establish how government, in partnership with other stakeholders, should collaborate to conserve water without having an adverse impact on the industry’s significant contribution to the State’s economy.
