7-9 October 2002

The first Water Symposium was held at Parliament House in October 2002.

Delegates to the Symposium included government agency representatives, key stakeholders and community members.

Symposium delegates reviewed the outcomes from a series of Water Forums held around the State in 2002 to develop and recommend ways to ensure the sustainable use and management of our precious water resources.
